Tips
How to Store Edible Flowers
Use a waterproof container. It is better to use a glass or plastic container .
Use layers of tissue paper (moderately) as a base to put edible flowers.
Spray the water onto the tissue until it is moist. It is best to use mineral water, not the tap water.
It is important to use a sprayer . If you apply too much water, the tissue will be too wet, and the flowers won’t last long.
Once the tissue is moist, place it at the bottom of the container.
Place the flower with the stem down and the petals facing up.
Arrange the flowers neatly , do not overlapping each other. Use another layer of tissue that has been slightly moistened by mineral water spray on the top of the flower.
Close the lid and store the container in the refrigerator. But remember, not to store it in the freezer.
